This week, continue to read and meditate on God’s word in 1 Peter 3 and pray this prayer:
Father, thank you for Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Help us to enter into this “Spirit-person” relationship in a fuller and deeper way not giving the opposition a second thought. Through thick and thin, keep our hearts at attention, in adoration before Christ, our Lord. Keep a clear conscience before You in the Spirit so that when people throw mud at us, none of it will stick. That’s what Christ did definitively: suffered because of others’ sins, the Righteous One for the unrighteous ones. He went through it all—was put to death and then made alive—to bring us to You. Help us to Live Spirit-formed lives; transformed lives in this world by Grace through Faith, it is so in Jesus.
